Knowing your body type can help you find swimwear that accentuates your best features. Everybody is swimwear ready, and TBH, I have not always felt that way.  After having 3 daughters all via c-section and looking at the aftermath of pregnancy and hormones do to a women’s body, I saw my body with so much love for the life it has given, but also angst to be in a bathing suit.

Perfection blocks you from being seen, and what I’ve walked through, is my 3 biggest blessings and gifts I have ever been given.

Shift your limiting belief of perfection and help your children, nieces and nephews, god children, feel seen and loved. And at the end of the day, that’s what this life is really about.

Here are some tips to find a suit that fits your body type:

  • Hourglass: Look for swimsuits that highlight your waist, like belted one-pieces or high-waisted bikinis. The Grace, The Confidence or The Edge.
  • Pear-Shaped: Choose styles that balance your proportions, such as ruffled tops and darker bottoms. The Beauty, The Grace and The Chic.
  • Apple-Shaped: Opt for swimwear with tummy control and supportive bust features. The OG and The Survivor.
  • Athletic: Create curves with padded tops and cut-out designs. The Authentic, The Confidence and The Strength.
  • Plus-Size: Embrace your curves with swimsuits that offer support and coverage, like ruched one-pieces and underwire bikinis. The OG and The Grace.
